Yea, you have no control over anything. Too many Madoffs and LTCMs for us to even consider hedge funds tongue.gif

Look for new global fund to invest already. AIW + GEYF combo will soon no longer be a good combination.

Thinking of combo-ing AIW with RHB-OSK GS and TA European...but then...this will drastically reduce my Japan exposure doh.gif

Do share with us your research finding...

My global and US exposure dropped but my Bolehland exposure increase cushioned it and my portfolio hardly change.

This is what we call diversification. S&P is negatively correlated KLCI. This is wall street "free lunch". You'll be an idiot not to take it.

Many hedge funds are not that good. One of the contrarian play is to monitor what hedgers do and buy the opposite. Most of the time you get winners.

MY combo of global fund

PGSF (11.5%) + KAFGEF (9%) + AIWEF (6.2%) + RHB-OSKGEYF (7%)

Among them best performance still goes to AIWEF

Suddenly I regretted selling off PGSF for GEYF. Later sell off GEYF, and dead cat decided to come back alive.

As pink always taught us, to hold for longer term 3-5 years as minimum. I always keep in heart.
Loser may turn to winners someday (hopefully) nod.gif
