QUOTE(danielcmugen @ May 13 2014, 12:57 AM) A Proton SA told me that I can change rim size without voiding warranty as long as either 13" / 14" / 15" rim. Is there any specific ruling or at the end of the day it's up to the SA to decide whether he's willing to accept warranty claim or not? QUOTE(Razsus @ May 13 2014, 01:05 AM) To be save, get the same sport rim size width etc same with stock, if got balls abit change to 15", if titanium balls go 17" yes, you r right. It is up to SA whether to accept ur warranty claim or not.Usually most SA wont so kacau say your RIM buat your absorber rosak, but ( some will ). My case last time because I add 2 UR bars SA don't let me claim absorber and torsion beam LOL If he doesnt, then you can always go other branch and try again. Try until u can find 1 that lets you claim. but v must be considerate also la. Don la change rim d and expect they will entertain u claim abs. If they do, then consider urself lucky. If u change rim, and say maybe door lock actuator got problem, they dont let u claim, then that is something not right. |

QUOTE(adriangan @ May 13 2014, 04:18 PM) woahh fast postt... issue on my 9month SV, leaking engine oil, brought to SC last sun, they say crank sensor leak oil that part there, so they put glue.. Is the crank sensor itself leaking through the wiring inlet? Or the surrounding? If crank sensor itself leaking, then need to change sensor. If it's the surrounding leaking, then need to take out change oil seal to be safe, but put glue is not a bad idea since it's new car. Find out which 1 is yours. Monitor from now, if still got leak, proceed and ask them to change both sensor and oil seal all together. |
