1st work with the torque graph. Find out the tallest torque/power output spot, that's where you jam your right foot on. Semi declutch like you're on a traffic light waiting it to turn green, if you're not too familiar can use handbrake assistance.

Once you're ready to launch, jump the clutch pedal and wait for clutch to bind with your flywheel, will usually have a short clutch spin. Your torque output should stay within range. The above example should be launching around 6krpm or 5.5krpm to be safe. Once the clutch fully bite, you're safe from wheelspun(unless you're using some really crappy hard compound tayar).

Lastly when you feel the grip, full toto! That's it.

poorfag tapi u use 12.50/month instead of 11.90/month  unsure.gif

battery lifetime cannot use to compare la. .
even marathoner vs marathoner, some ppl used ngam ngam 13th month then kong liao, some used >1.5 yrs oso not yet kong.

who knows,
1) marathoner kong 13th month, ultramax kong 30th month
2) marathoner kong 18th month, ultramax kong 22nd month
3) marathoner kong 18th month, ultramax kong 30th month

how wan to compare ?
so the only thing can compare is warranty period lor. .
the only thing I rike about Ultramax is, under expected working condition, I have at least 21 month of peace of mind instead of 12 month. Thats it.
*
The reason ayam on Marathoner is because I'm not a person who buys warranty, I rather to have discount then peace of mind. My car break down probably more than you go shit the can. For me, R3 is my philosophy. Race, Rosak, Repair. I just refuse to pay anything upfront, and I trust my bat3 can last me atleast 2 years to begin with. Warranty is very useful when it can be EXECUTED, on the other side if I'm on Marathoner and on the 13 months so happen it really KO without reason, then I rugi lor whistling.gif Put you in the same shoe, you'll be getting a new Ultramax by then and probably last you another 2 years. RM250 for 13 months + another expected lifespan of 2 years! Wohoooo!!!! icon_idea.gif

I see. Mine just reached 41000km. So fully synthetic is a waste since I'm not a travel kind of guy.

Does different brand and different model make any differences?

why not u try for yourself? ur car as your test subject?
try change different when time to service. no butts will be hurt also. no one can force u anyway.

like they said, if u can get fully cheaper, y not? rm95 lexus fully compare to rm120 semi i bought. but if 2GayZ tok kok only without sharing where to buy it, i might as well forget it. mahihi say can help buy for me, it's a good thing also. rm65 for bahdahl i can still give him duit kopi summore.
i haven't got time go tesco window shopping for EO.

davidke20 also use mineral no problem one. so, like i said, any EO is good enuff. get cheaper is the best part.
*
Not all, recycle oil can be filtered until very clean and looks good. But it's very dangerous for machines because those recycled oil degrade extremely fast. I go for cheap but reputable mineral oil because cheap oil nobody wanna brand them with recycle oil due to profit margin. Otherwise when I'm on for semi or full synthetics, I'll go for Tesco. In anycase if Tesco dare to recycle their engine oil, I know who to sue and rest assured I'm going to be damn rich whistling.gif

ah a friend also mentioned using handbrake to assist... hmm if i semi declutch  it wouldn't it burn my clutch or something?

like when it's go time do i still keep it semi declutch or do i just fully declutch?
when you mention semi declutch, the car would still be on standstill right? or would it start to creep already?
*
Standstill, and yes the point that clutch disc is burning but the car aint moving that point. Use to hold for uphill slope without brake.

Jump the clutch I mentioned, meaning when you have the green light you'll remove your left foot from clutch pedal very quickly. If that point of time your gas pedal wasn't at your top torque output, your car will stall instead of drop RPM to beginning of torque band. Go try 1st, stop asking until you tried.

Sifus sekalian,

Would like to ask advice to improve drivability on my stock saga, mostly highway driving. Some parts of they highway may be a bit bumpy. Only thing 'modified' are firestorm & stock 14' rims, mine standard came with steel rims.

Would 15' rims & tyres be good upgrade? Not much cornering, a lot of straight roads. Would those size affect top speed compared to smaller tyres?

Thankiu. smile.gif
*
If 15inch, you don't get to enjoy comfort since that's what you wanted. The only size for 15 is 195/50R15 otherwise sagat kao kao. If want comfort, please remain 175/70R13. 14, frankly quite enough, might as well save up the money buy a better car. On the contrary, 15 wheels looks good in GaGa. I almost got myself a set of 16, but the sagat issue really drives me away. doh.gif

Stability current setup seems ok, a bit goyang la if got cross wind. Thought if upgrade to 15 maybe better? But fc and top speed concerned in my mind.
I was using stock tyres for 1 year plus before upgraded to 14, pretty fine, current tyres maybe around 50% thread so thinking whether change altogether when the time comes. Current tyres are 175/65R14 I remembered. Colleague who drove a saga too just changed his to 15', kept poisoning me. So a bit gatal too to change all, his car looks heaps better with 15'. biggrin.gif

Depends lo. V12Kompressor is right geh, more choice of tayar for 15" lor. I myself though decided to go down size for handling, braking, wear & tear these multiple reasons. Want my 15" mou? We can make a trade, you put down some cash to top up, I'll take over your rim & existing tyres? See drillz whether you interested, then we'll talk about the price.

Those aquarium tubing harden kinda fast...becoming like "solid rods" instead of flexible tubing...  whistling.gif

Since adding the "Big D" rubber seals 2both front doors (where the replacement OEM rubber door seals dun cover...), they now close with an even more solid "Thud" kinda sound!

Shawie got no plobrem, because the door panel got 1 layer of sound proof, and the huge side impact bar is attached to it. Hence, dem9lan7 solid. Want moar solid? Mahihi is here to help. Bitumen it before you attach a layer of sound proof material, sure the door panel wont vibrate anymoar icon_idea.gif

what is the cost to spray back new bumper ?

can the already kemek in bumper still be used ?

Keep woranti? Send SC claim OD with your NCD + pay saman. Risk to lose NCD, kena 2 saman, settle with the bugger who u kissed, replace all with NEW, do not ketuk, otherwise woranti void. Dont wanto keep woranti? Ketuk back, bumper change to R3, CVT cooler extend further put at the lower air scope pretend intercooler wub.gif
