Just receive a notice regarding the drawdown of another 10% of my loan for the completion of roofing, wiring and plumbing; 45% of the total loan now. It seems very likely that IOI will be able to deliver the project before the 3rd quarter of 2018.

Another 10 percent drawdown for internal and external finishes, 55% liao. More drawdown coming soon because the road serving the building is ready already.

Block A open after Block D in same day.
Which mean all of buyers were booking the unit with 10k value voucher in morning to Block D, this is cause Block A didn't have any booking from the batch of buyers. So buyer for Block A is different batch of Block D, it's just started. |

Based on the pin board posted by 10cent, I've did some calculations:
A: 8.8% take up B: 67.9% take up C: 64.0% take up D: 74.6% take up Overall considering A: 52.1% Overall without considering A: 68.5% As A is very new and just only opened for booking last month but not yet launched officially, we should be looking at 68.5% overall take up. Cheers! |
