1 side got golf view but got scorching sun another side sun from east viewing uniten not sure is a good sight or not corner unit can view kl city? some say might see klcc in a very clear day but heard they might built another project north of conezion which will block the city view

Block D closer to the mall?

Closer in the sense that the exit is nearer to Block D. Although C is nearer when you measure a straight line distance, the whole conezion is gated. You have to come out of the place via the exit, thus D becomes closer unless you want to climb over the gate.

IOI will change for you if the size is smaller than the designated in the contract or it is too difficult to park when the building is ready. Other than that, I do not think it is easy unless you are good kawan of the staff there.

You miss the chance to get the 1% voucher in the IOI mall, Puchong last week. I dont think the 10K voucher is still available because the block D is selling like a hot cake.

Can try to ask people here to see whether anyone manages to get the 1% voucher last weekend. Hopefully it is transferable then you can have the 1% discount else referral scheme is the only discount you can get but please bear in mind that IOI will not pay both the agent and referral fee, it is either one. If you want to have the referral scheme, please make sure you buy the unit from the IOI staff there, not the agents.

Yikes, I've gotten a unit that is quite far from the B block's lift, and is closer to the C block's lift instead. Great if I stay in Block C but not for Block B .

Pay block B price, stay in block C then. Modified from the quote work in KL, stay in Seremban.
