few of my onlist sc are good, they are car repairing shop but gain the authorized license to service proton cars, so less problem compared to head brunch which just shaking their legs. they drive in my car to service in a very short time once i stated my problem at the counter. also, very good communication compared to head brunch which answering you " saya pun tak tao apa rosak"

i gonna drop by the shop again and ask them to diagnostic the problem for me.
I will never step into proton head brunch since many are complaining they're sucks at my hometown.

Who got free wheel arch cover to give . Still haven't gotten a replacement so far for the front left that broke around the securing point. Recently it started rubbing on the wheels judging from the marks on it.

Normal service should be okay but asking them to like researching where and how to solve the noise need passion and it is very rare at workshop outside unless you're doing it yourself.
Headbranch just like any other workshop. What's good bout them is doing warranty claim which is fast.

planning to change my front brake pads and i called up a SC, they charge rm95 for genuine person front brake pad set.

however, i went to protonparts website and i saw the price as rm283.

what could cause such huge discrepancy?

No idea, but if you're interested to know, you can get better brake pads like the Bendix Metal King Titanium front brake pads for around RM100 ~ RM130 depending on who you're buying it from, and it is better than the stock pads and much needed for those who have a B-Line / M-Line Persona that has a weaker braking system than a H-Line Persona due to one or more downgraded braking component(s).

Q: Does Standard Line suffer from the same problem?
I assume that for Persona SVs the braking system is pretty much the same with what you get on a H-Line Persona/Elegance.

In my car its due to loss wires and rattling aircond wind shutter.
I twist all the audio wires and sound its gone.
Now still have occasional sound from shutter, but I just need to move it a bit and its gone.
