how about arrow gaming? quite unstable

Arrow's good, but there's a massive skill gap between their members. I've seen them play myself in local tourneys, and only 1-2 of them are international material. Personally, on a good day I think they'd give Titan a run for their money, but TI invitations are all about consistency, and Arrow just hasn't done that yet.

So if VS die to anything else besides the heroes will crash the game...

Summit, ESL and D2CL edi banned VS from pick in CM.
Will continue if no hotfix by tonight.

Yes, I think this is the criteria everyone overlooked.
It's not about mmr, trophys, winnnings, players, etc
It is about consistency. Don't think I could have put it better than myself.

Look at fnatic, cheesus.
I really like them for staying true together, and their invite is definitely due to that stability.
Really hope they can get out of that HoN trash cycle and win a big one.

So how does one train for consistency ?

First step is to establish a stable squad. Look at teams like Na'vi, Fnatic, and Alliance; their rosters have undergone little (if any) changes. Most pro teams build around a couple of core players. Chinese teams have been less stable recently due to the Lunar Year player shuffle.

Once you have a stable roster, target a reasonable number of tournaments and place well in them. Most new teams tend to take on too much too early, and it severely affects them. It's usually the manager's responsibility to pick tournaments so that the players have enough time to train for each one. LAN tournaments are usually prioritized (due to the prize pool generally being bigger), but if sponsorship is limited, online tournaments are given precedence.

pretty sure it operates similar to pudge custom icon set, whole set or just 1 item.

Okay, I just DCed from a game and couldn't reconnect. After the first try, I didn't even have the option of reconnecting and I'm assuming the game is lost and not recorded. What the f*** SEA server. This was a game I was clearly going to win.

Anybody else got that problem?
