Hi, its been 1 month from my last visit. Any great news about Exora? I hear some news about changing new radiator for CFE model? Anyone can confirm this?

I own a exora cfe for few weeks and i can hear very irritating sound from dashboard side probably the center console when drive any uneven road.

Can i complaint to proton during my coming next service?

is this cover by warranty to fix it?

Anyone can share how much the cost/fee for 30k service? Thanks

That's because of disk brakes and not drum..Your wira rear is using drum.exora disc..I have the same..my sis forgot to put the handbrake down and driving the car so fast and she never notice the hand break icon in the meter also..I asked the club and they said its because our Exora using disc brakes..wira drum.disc brakes no grip with handbrake,drum brakes got..

In my experience, when I engage the gear to D or R, I'll wait for a while before pressing the pedal. The moment I feel the clutch engage, only then I press.

If I don't wait, there would be irregularity with the power transmission. Sometimes, I'd have to press to a higher RPM as if there is no pressure to the clutch.

So far, my 2013 unit haven't shown me the CVT light.

Keep in mind, this CVT has wiring harness to the ECU. The CVT and the ECU 'talks' to each other, mainly to maintain the peak torque according to the CVT limit. This enables the car to accelerate linearly at 2k RPM, all the way until CVT ratio reaches its limit before 'allowing' the RPM to rise. But, of course, if you accelerate harder, the CVT will allow the car to accelerate at higher RPM.

Saya baru beli exora bold premium sebelum raya.....masalah skang ni tiba2 Dvd player takde power.....mintak pencerahan skit kalau2 bleh repair sendiri sebelom dihantar ke sc....hehe

Recently did 30k service (RM400 includes other fix), did requesting latest ECU firmware (2 day required).
So far so good.. more responsive, haven't tried long distance travel

Did ask about radiator/turbohose/fuelpumphose (refer to prev complaint by others owner).... they said they wont change if no issue  ...they said it happen to old batch , my bacth 2013 shouldnt have problem... (worry)

My only issue atm ...when driving the car 'feel' tend to go left  (hand off steering) .
Dont think alignment/balancing issue ...drive laju2 no gegar...already 3 times doing alignment/balancing.. so truely dunno why. Maybe tyre need to change? or my steel rim berat sebelah?

Not missed out. Any car absorber mount are just having 2 or 3 screws only, for exora absrober mount are 3 screws type (both left and right). The other one screw is for left hand-hand-drive car (export) to mount something that was use at the right-hand-drive. If im not mistaken the brake pump fluid reservoir. Since our car is right hand drive, so there is nothing to mount on the left absorber mount top, that is why they're not putting any nut.

Buy it,take to SC and ask them to install the EVP for RM1.6K.2013 model has brake issues until my sis almost hit another car at speed of 20km/h.

With model better? EB  Bold 1.6 Executive MT or  1.6 Standard CFE.

Planning to get one, need advise and input. What is the different between CPS and CFE engine? Thanks in advance.

CFE is 1.6 Turbocharged(Borg Warner),pressure up to 0.75 and turbo kicks in at 2K RPM.Top speed proton claims 185km/h,but my brother did 220km/h from SEREMBAN -> KL highway.CFE engine uses CVT Gearbox.

Any advertisement? Never seen before?

The guy I asked said that as long as your EB is under warranty, there should be no problem getting the warranty claim for the radiator.

I'll send my EB in for the warranty claim when I send in for my 10k km service next month
