I'd like to help, but can't really understand the situation.
Is it humming from the HU? Then, probably the media player has defect. Try plug an earphone to the media player and listen?

Friend looking for used car, inspira or preve? Manual only, so not the CFE version.
I personally thinks inspira is more worth the money.

Confirm just now, headlight dimming still there. 2 farad cap is not enough.
Next is to see if that cap will improve fc.

Actual FC, my EB around 10.9L/100km (38L/350km) vs Kenari 7.3L/100km (28L/380km).
On the meter, is shows 9.3~9.6L/100km, so to me it is inaccurate. Now, I simply use the remaining distance.

Hi all. Anyone here tint their car with one of those branded tint? (3M, huper optik, raytech)
I'm planning to tint huper optik but been quoted about 2.1k. Is that a reasonable price? Tried searching in other thread, their price range below 1.8k one but most are sedan cars.

My kelisa run jb to subang 400+km still have less than a bar.. So means EB FC is twice as much?
*
Not really. Compare my Kenari and EB, using liter per 100km:
- City: 7L vs 10.8L
- Hiway: <6L vs 9L

Correction on my FC report above, is actually 38L/350km, making it 10.8L/100km.
I noticed my mistake after checking back my receipts, and updating fuelly.

Just to share smile.gif , we family  of 6 drove up to Cameron yesterday & believe me the driving experience was so cool.  rclxm9.gif Handling was good with a little under steer cos worry of messing with my kids movie time.
At beginning  drove with 'D" & found slightly poor response  cool2.gif  with those up & down hill drive. Then tried to switch to 'L' and starts to feel the braking effect when go down hill & better torque/response rclxms.gif  when goes up hill climbing. Easily over taking cars when up hill & the feel was superb as compare to my old civic & waja which is also 1.6L... thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

i don't know about others. this is my practiced. first of all the AFC must be 10L/100KM or less. for high speed, over taking or going up hill you got to control your right foot not to floor >3000RPM, less idling as possible and try to avoid traffic jams.
for full tank refuel, got to do it slowly. (don't care la  the car behind. let them wait tongue.gif). lock the nozzle to the minimum auto lock and let the nozzle stop automaticly. then slowly top up almost to over flow. usually i can add up another RM10-15.
the latest full tank refuel during the balik kampong trip, it hits 601KM to go when the AFC shows 10.1L/100KM, and i managed to get just above 500KM till 1 bar. highway speed 120-140kph and sometime hits 170kph when 'kena cocok'.
hope this can help. nod.gif

I think I need a way to identify you, wouldn't wanna poke your car. LOL. Don't forget to mention the ECU tune that you did.

How much do you get to fill, after you emptied a tank? I used to get like 48~50L. These days I fixed the amount to 38L after the fill light turns on.

What does this do? Sound proof?
For the seat belt retraction, could you bring it back to the same shop to have them check it?

mandrew Good for you.
alpha33Can you tell us more what possible causes have the SC tried? Sometimes could be master brake pump. Brake booster can only work with a good one

Well, now we got about 3 users experiencing brake issues.
Anyone care to share troubleshooting or solution? Or, just want to complain and rant? smile.gif

VT3+ has improved gear design, extra soundproofing, and different electrical harness compared to VT3.

The electrical vacuum booster is nice to have. To me is one more thing to spoil. It works with extra sensors hooked to the ECU, and turns on as needed to maintain the brake master pump vacuum level.

For a difference of RM6000 or more, I'd say the 2013 is worthy of consideration.

In my experience, when I engage the gear to D or R, I'll wait for a while before pressing the pedal. The moment I feel the clutch engage, only then I press.

If I don't wait, there would be irregularity with the power transmission. Sometimes, I'd have to press to a higher RPM as if there is no pressure to the clutch.

So far, my 2013 unit haven't shown me the CVT light.

Keep in mind, this CVT has wiring harness to the ECU. The CVT and the ECU 'talks' to each other, mainly to maintain the peak torque according to the CVT limit. This enables the car to accelerate linearly at 2k RPM, all the way until CVT ratio reaches its limit before 'allowing' the RPM to rise. But, of course, if you accelerate harder, the CVT will allow the car to accelerate at higher RPM.

City drive with jam for 5 km to work about 13L/100km.
Mixed longer distance without jam around 9L/100km.
