Since your EB need more them 3 times to overcrank frequently, why don't you video/sound record it & show to them during the complaint?? This will definitely help to speed up the troubleshooting I think.. wink.gif

Yeah, that's what I used to do also. I even wait for the fuel pump priming process (the 'zzzzt' sound) to complete.

But, for past 2~3 months, I'd just turn on, wait 2 seconds, and start... no problem despite fuel pump still running and ABS lights still on... let it warm up for a while then drive. It's sort of a guinea pig thing to contradict myself, and so far the car starts and runs fine.

At 6pm, I plugged in my OBD adapter to monitor the voltage.

Before start up, voltage was 12.3V.
During start up, voltage dropped to 11.0V.
When engine is running, voltage was at 14.0V.

Is this normal?

I have yet to try out the voltage during cold start. Will report back when I have done so.
