If all invites give away turned into purchase and no stock replenish at the moment, then no more invites will be available. It's good and bad, good as in there's no overstock and thus no unnecessary warehouse cost etc; bad as in future stock replenish depends on current purchase rate.

but selling is still possible since original invite holder has got about 2 weeks to give out invites. he can still sell it... arrange a time with buyer and then sell the invite.
I still prefer Groupon or Kickstarter method instead.
