I don't think PayPal will charge your credit card for that. PayPal will charge the Merchant who supporting the PayPal payment system. Customer won't bare the charges.

Depends on which version. nightly means every day. Stable version normally once a month.

I think they just renamed the Stable into Snapshot?

if there is the Milestone version it should be stable enough

CM11s is not rooted ... i have flashed it myself and then found out it is not rooted
