a) As at last Sun, I can see the land clearing all the way from the site to Lekas-Semenyih toll plaza.

b) The Lekas-Ecohill link will be ready by VP of the 1st phase.

c) Estimated VP for 1st phase (DIBS units) ~ on/before Nov-Dec 2015, with DSL sooner than SEMID

Pls get your facts right again! Above 1 mil is semid, not DSL! Previously you expressly stated that the predicted sub-sale price for DSL shall be RM750K but now you are quoting the listing sub-sale price of semid but referring it to the DSL! shakehead.gif

Presentable or not is rather subjective and it has nothing to do with someone's age. For eg, can I comment that you are not presentable since you always quoted the wrong subject matter ie instead of R V A, but you quoted R V B? R V A is irrelevant to R V B, so does that tantamount of referring you as being not presentable? This is something for you to ponder!

For your information, few bungalow lots were transacted in a back to back SPA with app. 40-50% increase as early as 6 months from the balloting date of the bungalow lots on 8 December 2012! This is an evidential statistic rather than noises from an empty can whistling.gif
