TKJ, Aqualitis many ppl also say not worth the money (although just 528K only) but at the end all snapped up also. Anyway, maybe u are right also lo coz is RM750K+. That is quite high for a terrace house tongue.gif

dis time no crystal ball gua.. doom kor remember last time... dis time your own owner say so.. offshot my value too 750k.. i have look down SEH.. it is milions above.. see now you are a milionare.. with few units multi milionares di.. a day i que for SEH properties really can just stop work and enjoy the rest..

SEH owners are not stupid just forecast profit too high higher than setia alam.. just because of profit forgotten the distance away..

I am agreeable to that.

Normally when the owner want to sell the new property that appear in the market for the first time, they will set the prices higher since there is no subsales market prices yet.....it is good way to test the market and to avoid selling below the market value + most owner think very highly on their own property. When subsequently lack of demand, then the buyer start to lower the prices until such level that there is a buyer.

Transacted price is the one that we should look for and not the seller's asking prices.

The problem is, this is happen in almost everywhere esp newly completed now. Even Klang.
