so ranges 400k purchased price to 1 million for semi ds..DSL cannot be more exoensive than semi ds

Yeah, problem is do you have any transacted price currently? I have shown you the listed price, that's the pricing offered currently. The final transacted price maybe lower or higher than current


Most owner think very highly on their property, but will have reasonable rationale behind. You don't think highly on your property? You always consider your property llousy and want to sell it with lower lousy price? Share share what lousy property you have loh tongue.gif tongue.gif

unfortunately, as much as everyone hate it, land is limited.
Its just a matter of time before all these DSL and Semi D and Bungalow prices rise till millions.

The future generation mostly will stay in apartments and condos.
For those aspiring to have their own houses, they will need to settle for either the above or get a second hand houses, pour in 100-200k cold hard cash for renovation.

Again, most people gonna point out one fact, there's plenty of such houses around.
Yes, but it is not suitable in the sense of location (near main road and heavy traffic, porch too small, not gated and guarded, etc).

Very few of those nice landed houses available in KV today.

After EM, we will have another SEH, then we have this RRIM land and Bandar Malaysia maybe.

Setia Alam might have some left.

Those in Puchong, probably too out of puchong or too deep inside.



Given the above, are you guys still gonna revise your opinion?

Please define what is your definition of "reasonable range of price" as your definition might be differs than mine. So whose standard to use? Use the reasonable man test ie the man on the Clapham omnibus??? But unfortunately (or otherwise)your "reasonable range of price" does not fall under the ambit of criminal law, hence a reasonable man test is not applicable here. icon_rolleyes.gif
