Please define what is your definition of "reasonable range of price" as your definition might be differs than mine. So whose standard to use? Use the reasonable man test ie the man on the Clapham omnibus??? But unfortunately (or otherwise)your "reasonable range of price" does not fall under the ambit of criminal law, hence a reasonable man test is not applicable here.
