Not every cases are hardware related, some people might just have random bootloop which usually can be fixed by flashing back the official rom, but they don't know how/too afraid to fix it themselves.

Problem is, based on what observe on that day (weekday, not weekend), out of 10 person, at least 5 person were paid and collect their devices. And not berpuluh-puluh, it's beratus-ratus. I assume they having major issue, instead of minor issue like stuck because of firmware and re-flash rom will gaodim?coz some people are just too afraid to fix their phone themselves.
