bos.. more people doesn't mean got a lot of defect in the devices.
coz some people are just too afraid to fix their phone themselves.
Not every cases are hardware related, some people might just have random bootloop which usually can be fixed by flashing back the official rom, but they don't know how/too afraid to fix it themselves.

same thing with malaysian government hospitals,
you go to the emergency department, got how many cases u saw people are actually dying?
some sikit2 sore throat ald kena jumpa doktor pakar..
worst still, some apek just go there buat muka kesian for the sake of getting free MC only..

my point is, don't judge the book by its cover, at least samsung sc are entertaining its users and giving their after sales services.

hi bro, ever since i enabled navigation bar +xposed softkey fade mode xposed= i get high android system battery drainage  i dirty flashed from v40-58 temasek without clean install, if i disabled the navigation bar my screen usage back to top 1 / im aware that xposed=android system juice drainning=i only have greenify +led xposed+safe key sof mode enabled in the xposed

but from your S/shot i noticed u have very low android system /and u did enable your nav/b right

however, i just decided to do a clean install , any thoughts/advise?
 

gps/nfc/bluetooth/syn/remote device /pocket mode all unticked...not sure why

i use navbar in every aosp rom. it is not related to android system drainage.

maybe it's causing you drain? haha.

your hospital example is contradicted with fearing to fix phone..

My thought is different, most Malaysian being spoon-feeded well with "nothing should failed" mentality and expected handful of assist around to safe them whenever they wanted to.

Not that they are don't know how to fix but in the mind there isn't anything about self-help...

i ask whats wrong he say no network no matter how many times reset.

i go settings, mobile network settings, search for network, it says no sim detected.
open phone back cover, saw simcard terbalik inserted.
