u need to consider the repair cost. as its almost 60%... or u can go for an upgrade...

Same happen to my s3 last friday. Suddenly restart and then s3 logo keep blinking until the screen turned blank.
Sad thing is that didnt fully save all the files inside, e.g contacts or photos. All gone!

Maybe. Samsung Centre ppl also suspect due to motherboard problem.
Another thing is I heard that it is not encouraged to use power bank to charge phone. Wonder how true is that. Before this problem happen, I kept using power bank to charge s3 for quite some time.

I'm an iPhone user. Got i5..but very sien 0 customisation.
U know how much I bought s3? one k only for this kind of specifications freshly one is 2k++. Lol. I very patient one, must buy with the best value I would not chase technology. Compare camera iPhone is much better. So waiting s5 drop  1.6 k and it's mine. But first thing I will consider is the availability of custom rom . Hehe

Just like how people bash SanDisk. Because Samsung has the most sales.. say  every 100,000  got ten spoilt Samsung sells ten million HTC sold 1milli  so looks like a lot of people returning to fix their device , Samsung owns 60% of Android market..

But sure got some consumers like me ada pasal tak ada pasal go and claim warranty for charger haha. Btw, their cable sucks, but I said I wanna change charger twice they granted me. So good after sales service huh. Two days nia at one utama.

bos.. more people doesn't mean got a lot of defect in the devices.
coz some people are just too afraid to fix their phone themselves.
Not every cases are hardware related, some people might just have random bootloop which usually can be fixed by flashing back the official rom, but they don't know how/too afraid to fix it themselves.

same thing with malaysian government hospitals,
you go to the emergency department, got how many cases u saw people are actually dying?
some sikit2 sore throat ald kena jumpa doktor pakar..
worst still, some apek just go there buat muka kesian for the sake of getting free MC only..

my point is, don't judge the book by its cover, at least samsung sc are entertaining its users and giving their after sales services.

user noobness is an funny issue.
i once had a friend who told me his phone rosak, going to samsung service center to fix
i ask whats wrong he say no network no matter how many times reset.

i go settings, mobile network settings, search for network, it says no sim detected.
open phone back cover, saw simcard terbalik inserted.
