i called to cimb cs just now... telling them this issue.
and they confirmed that my transaction is eligibale.. asking me no worry with it.

somehow if i'm not getting the rebate, i will call and ask them again...

I thought the transaction date & time should be roughly the same as the time you received the OTP/TAC from the 3D Security. Weird ... hmm.gif

It is advisable to PrtSc the payment page where they requested for the OTP/TAC and the transaction-successful-page. Can be used later for any dispute.

Hi guys, just got my cash rebate gold card.
I am curious about the E-commerce/ Online Spend 5% cash back.

If I buy something from oversea website using paypal for like 500Euro or 500USD, does it entitle the 5% cash back?

KFC inside Kepong Village Mall still accepts CC. I tried today, but need manager swipe her security card on the machine first only can proceed, I wonder why hmm.gif

yeah, i went to one kfc at shah alam also the same. the staff need to get her manager to swipe the card first to proceed. but the second time i went, another staff just said cannot use cc.

That why I also confuse, the promotion still available or not. Sometime can sometime can't, maybe they lazy to ask their Manager to swipe or it is the instruction from the Manager. lol

nope. it's just like direct discount for you
example after add all GST plus your set meal.
then discount the 5% and what you need to pay
Example : RM20 x 0.95 = RM19
