dang.. they are so slow approving my card application. amost 2 weeks now waiting. last friday called CS, they said still in the process. A sudden burst of new applicants i guess due to the CB promotion

Reclaimed back my government tax that I paid in March

i called cs last month but he refused to gimme rebate for this tax

Try call and ask again, you say my friend received his government tax cashback. haha

I just wanted to try my luck, in the end the cs activated the offer for me lol you need to spend RM200 within a month period

After insisting on just 1 card, instead of the duo combo cards application, the Tele-CS still proceed my application with combo cards....

How did I find out? Received 2 letters stating my combo cards are ready for collection/on its way through delivery (still haven't received them though).

Called CS to request for cancellation of the other card that I don't want. Was told that the combo promotion gives RM25 for RM500 spending. I said No.

a few days later, CS called to ask why I wanted to cancel, told her I never applied for the other card. Reiterated the RM25 rebate promotion. I responded that I am not interested.

In the end, CS said if I accept the card, I will get RM25 without doing anything, I said OK.

LOL

I also have bad experience with CIMB CS.

I believe they're not efficient in handling cases using emails including messaging service inside CIMBClicks.

I have been ding-dong here and there for nearly 3 weeks.

cimb card department services really bad...had pass all my document to 2 of their cs,but none of them help me to submit my document...at last when i call to their centre.they told me submission already closed due to pending document..waste my times for applying this card..

bro is this tax have to be paid on the first date of receiving it? mine apply on june 2014, not sure i have paid it or not. if yes then i have to ask them to refund me as well @_@

For Axell is because he got his card in March 2015 if I'm not wrong, and as Government Service Tax has been abolished from April 2015, so he requested for it.

If in June 2014, I think CIMB did charged you RM50 on your June statement. Please check.

Not sure which promotion you receive, either RM100 or RM150 cashback for the CC registration. So mean that either you pay or deduct from the registration cashback promotion. lol

happen to me as well paid at around 12.15am,

i got sms yesterday asking me to fax latest 3 salary slip. Earlier I only submitted epf statement when applying at a branch, but seems like not enough. 14 days and counting, processing at snail pace At least my maybank ikhwan was approved like 3 days after submitting my epf statement only

hope it will approve fast..
