Did you complain about the cross border fees to their CS?

I just applied my card 2 weeks back by sending them an email with application forms.
After that, i just know that there is an on-going campaign with 150 cash back.

Then today i sent them an email and asked if i am entitle with the 150 if my card is approve. The CS told me i am not.. i was like WTF?? Must go through LUCY Channel?

In that case, can i request to cancel the application? and resubmit via LUCY Channel.

I left my contacts online also in early August, but was never called me back. I applied through branch and submitted the docs. Got my card 2 weeks after that (application through branch). No RM 150 CB for me

It sounds stupid. The Application Form showing Cash Rebate at the top of the Form.

I followed to the LUCY rules strictly and waited patiently for >1 month for my card application process till receive the card(~received last 2 weeks)..And Now my effort pays off.. The RM150 cashback is already NOW super fast credited in my Aug statement upon completed the 3 swipes.

Apply CIMB loan housing then they gave me two platinum cards. Anyone knows why they gave two cards? Also can I cancel the card. Don't really need one

No they said need to apply if want to get the loan approval. . That's why I fill up the form. Now I have two credit cards that I dont want to use. Before this also I don't have any. Also they put RM20K combined limit for both.

So you did not tick the cc application part. In this case, the agent in unethical. Please put a complaint and get it terminated and reversed.
