anyone can pay online for maxis bill?
I try through HLB website, it rejected.
I try Maxis pay, rejected as well
I try Maxis account online payment, rejected.
Any other choice?

I've always paid via Maxis Pay using HLB Wise to get 10% Cash Back for Mobile category

call CS and ask them why not allowed for Maxis bill payment via Maxis Pay, etc.

probably they need to do *something* to allow your card for transaction; which doesnt make sense but no harm trying anyway

is this a new card? if yes, you need to call HL to link your phone number to it to receive the OTP. don't know why so dumb they could do it automatically

so far that i tried are Giant (hypermarket, superstore, supermarket), Tesco, and Jaya Grocer.

to set sms transaction alert with hlb, you need to fill in the form and pass to the nearest branch (no email/fax accepted).

I think could be system glitch, i also made payment using maxs pay on 19aug in the morning.
no problem at all.

But few hours later i pay digi bill online using digi website also encounter rejection, but i try again, and successful, first transaction i didn't input full billing address, which i always just type KL, so 2nd transaction i type full address.

and payment went thru.

If I bought mooncake frm aeon station 18 or kinta city am I entitle 10% cb discount?

aeon depends if it's under supermarket or not.

if don't want to take the risk, i saw got 15% discount if you buy at aeon big. and also another promo is 20% if you buy at aeon using aeon cc.

is UOB Payonline down? never gets me to the OTP site.

once i click confirm usually will go to master / visa page... but now it jump straight back to UOB

Happened to me before. It will be rejected by HLB.

Somehow it seems to be browser/cookie issue (from my experience) or PAYONLINE is buggy.

Try resort to exotic browser, like IE.

yeah, ipoh doesn't have aeon big, only jalan ipoh have aeon big. but jalan ipoh is located in kl not ipoh. lol...

actually which aeon you targeting to buy from? the one at station 18?
