not for the cert. we got to pay using own money. they provide accommodation, transport to perhentian only. utilities such as?
ohhh.. if they settle the accommodation and stuff its still a good deal. RM900 is the cert and training if not mistaken, thats the normal price, not sure if u can get a discount if go in a big group.
Just got my OWD at Redangkalong. Logged 8 dives in total.
It was awesome, got to hangout with 3 black tip sharks for a good 15-20 minutes on one of my dives. I have no where else to compare to but according to other divers the visibility was great.
For certification I have no problem recommending Diver's Den, or doing confined water first before heading to island. I was able to enjoy my time there much more and all dives were relatively smooth.
Got to handle a camera for my last two dives and buoyancy was still ok (not great but ok hahaha). I think the camera is actually good for me cause it slows me down cause I get the tendency to accidentally swim a bit faster than others for some reason.
