frankly speaking... its quite well performing for a mall... i went there a few times... the crowd is there even its not festive period soon.... its new and of course... most of the things looks nicer than other aeon mall... but yea... its bumi majority area.... but still getting more non bumi going to that mall already... too bad no cinema inside it like every other aeon mall...

yeap correct.... luckily the cinema just nearby... actually this AEON quite secluded... but somehow attracted alot of crowds... haha... i also surprised the first time i visited... and its refreshing to see a different interior design compared to old aeon malls...

Once VP, maybe all owners and agents must put at least rm1,900 per month for rental because of the prime location and LRT 3 station nearby as well.

emira 2 bedroom 1.9k is doable. 1 room 1.3k fully furnished is lucky
