On a side note, Emira's performance will hinge on AEON's performance n tenants mix among other factors. As of now, most buyers & shah alam ppl are looking forward to AEON's opening n the performance thereafter, hence my posts on AEON Mall Shah Alam loh..

The latest additions are a 16.3ha urban forest in Shah Alam and a 3.23ha recreational park in Subang Jaya.

Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali said the state had gazetted the land in Section 13, Shah Alam, for the urban forest.

Despite the very weak retail sentiment, AEON Shah Alam continues to attract n retain very strong tenants. The good tenant mix including famous brands & also niche brands such as Haikara-Style Cafe will provide SA folks with a good shopping experience.

AEON Mall Shah Alam will feature Yoshinoya & Hanamaru Udon. Joining the Gyudon & Udon craze will be numerous cafes including Haikara Style Cafe, DC Comics and Ice Bucket among others.
