i think d article was written during the first 3 days of the preview..they should have updated the numbers

Just went through some old conversations, I was just wondering what did Babizz meant by "decrease my standard of living" - by living nearby KDU.

Appreciate if probably Babizz or anyone can figure out what that statement meant?

They signed on most of the anchor tenants d n i can say it's not the usual bunch... got 3 anchor tenants never seen in Aeon malls before.. i expect this mall to have big crowds for the first few weeks n remain strong later on..

On a side note, Emira's performance will hinge on AEON's performance n tenants mix among other factors. As of now, most buyers & shah alam ppl are looking forward to AEON's opening n the performance thereafter, hence my posts on AEON Mall Shah Alam loh..
