Some of msias most expensive condos are near rail lines.. serai bangsar (5.5m to 22m, 60m from track but not near station), one menerung, pavilion Damansara heights, tropicana garden etc.. The nearer to the station the better but mus have sound barrier..many middle class n upper middle class msians dun sit in feeder bus hehe..expat usually wana take d train n walk to home immediately..

With that in mind, i still bliv 100m to 300m is the best.. metia price is good also..

Yeap will notify them this week.. even if they ask us to pay for upgrade to double glazed window, i bliv its reasonable..
I think they will step into the balcony as the LRT track is lower than the lowest resi floor (8th floor)

station is around 28m with rooftop maybe 45m..lowest floor will be around 60 feet up.. if got any unit direct facing lrt track then will face same problem like saujana residency subang as low floor window into lrt track... i predict same for other higher station n mid rise apartment..

Yes... OSK GM for sales mention to me that Prasarana n MBSA are aware of emira n LRT station being below 100m n they are working on it (noise reduction etc).
He mention that earthwork has started n foundation works is in preparation.. 

Hope they can build BRT from Kemuning to jelutong/ denai alam through stadium station while BRT from setia alam to I City station.. Setia Alam easily 100-120k residents when complete..
