station is around 28m with rooftop maybe 45m..lowest floor will be around 60 feet up.. if got any unit direct facing lrt track then will face same problem like saujana residency subang as low floor window into lrt track... i predict same for other higher station n mid rise apartment..

Overall was excellent. However, they must doing something on the lift. Very lousy, could only cater to certain floors. Very crowded during the weekend.

Latest update on Emira. Could see the contractor doing the pilling works. Bored pilling if I not mistaken.

However, no chance to snap photo as I'm in a rush.

The usual suspects would be Starbucks, KFC, Mcdonald, Sushi King.... & etc... this for f&b outlets.

Starbucks would be located next to either left or right side of the entrance. Kinda predictable.

Not sure bout the anchors tenant though.

Would be really nice if there is a future cinema at that area.

Other places I can think of around sec 13 shah alam, nearest would be AEON bukit rajah.
Another new cinema just opened up @ klang parade. But distance quite far.
