U see the progress, confirm cant finish by September.. Earliest will be november or december.. either way AEON is not scared of competition from those subang/usj malls cos of the high spending power of those Shah Alam City, BJ ppl.. Major competitor will be I City's mall with new concept from Central group which will be further South West of Shah Alam.

But AEON's access is not as strong as I City with the new flyover but its' after the toll, so might discourage those shah alam ppl.. Will be interesting to see how everything turns out as most of the shah alam malls now aren't doing well but this 2 malls will change the retail scene here icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

That means shld be opening soon by November la.. Is it a chain or own brand? AEON Bukit tinggi ground floor is asking for RM15 n i think Sec 13, Shah Alam should command higher rental given better demographics..

Rainman, btr big FnB then small fashion shop, fashion shops really suffering now cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

Maybe la.. Btw, RM15psf is not so bad as Sunwai putra mall ground floor is asking for RM40psf.. I think lowest rental n highest returns in recent times would be Ioi City.. If ur friend took smaller FnB outlet, maybe will be RM18psf.. cry.gif cry.gif Do remember that AEON paid RM90 million for that plot of land brows.gif brows.gif

Aeon. the mall steel structure almost completed.

They are now doing site cleaning and can see they start bring in tiles , lift which is the mall futniture and fitting. rclxms.gif

Wah he doesnt stay in no condo.. he has multiple units in the puri aiyu area.. Alam Sanjung is the next one to VP n i think he was looking from the window of his unit thr... Tikaram pays contractor for pic.. so must thank him brows.gif brows.gif

Not fully sold but last i saw 90+% i think sticker game but i see those shah alam ppls easy to book blink.gif blink.gif

I heard sticker game last time n my friend demand say want low floor n they open those low floor..
2weeks ago only 70% sold, now SUDDENLY 90% sold..

They already received the approval for extension to 42 months.. ok with OSK so far thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

All ok.. carpark is allocated as per normal low floor high carpark.. lift is those 20 ppl capacity one (still not enuf cos need more lifts cos msian dun reli hold d lift). no other updates..

Very late mah.. 42 months means October 2018.. On the other side got piazza d kayangan hybrid retail 4-5storey shops with lift which hvnt even start construction.... Last one will be LRT3 Stadium station which will be ready in 2021..

How high is Piazza D'Kayangan? As high as Emira? Aeon view is actually Piazza view, because Aeon is so low that you can't even see it. tongue.gif
