I think lowest rental n highest returns in recent times would be Ioi City.. If ur friend took smaller FnB outlet, maybe will be RM18psf..  Do remember that AEON paid RM90 million for that plot of land

Aeon. the mall steel structure almost completed. They are now doing site cleaning and can see they start bring in tiles , lift which is the mall futniture and fitting. Saw from high floor nearby condo. This post has been edited by tikaram: May 2 2015, 11:12 AM

How high is Piazza D'Kayangan? As high as Emira? Aeon view is actually Piazza view, because Aeon is so low that you can't even see it.
