Cnt compare high density n mid density.. Also completing in 3 yrs time n one almost complete.. Moreover, cant compare O$K n other developer cos O$K always wana be highest in town fr maintenance icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif
Emira is 0.26 cents but must pay for accessory parcel which includes carpark n ac ledge..

Hi emira HANDS DOWN.. piazza is gona be 650-700psf.. Developer track record OSK win big time.. location is further frm highway n right beside LRT station..
whts piazzas price they quoted u? i know the shops open fr sale 4 storey at RM4.2m b4 ***.

Construction already began.. based on osk n pjd's track record expect emira to be up in 2-2.5yrs..

We can share the referral fees if u wana buy... Emira's facilities also btr.. brows.gif brows.gif

SO many funny things going on in the SnP.. 42 months construction is the biggest turnoff.. also they said they can ammend the plans as n when they want too..

Is this a regular practice? The clause of signing on a agreement do allow developers freely amend is absurd to me. Can we all not sign until they amend? How can anyone agree on paying for something they have seen but to receive something that could be different?
