Need your opinion. if i change the unit, is it any additional cost? eg. processing fee

i saw the lower unit is release. So im trying to get chipper hehehehe
SMS the SA just now and she said the lower unit still blocking

people cancel maybe got other issue or change unit. i also no idea.

loan still cannot apply yet. Developer need to release performa invoice (if not mistaken) then we can apply loan.
but once performa invoice released dont bother to find bank, they will chase u.
now all buyers need to seat back and releks.

No worry, Stadium parking is too big and the pasar may relocate around there. From malaysia history the big project such as LRT always win eventhough got protest.
