anyone noticed that the text in web browser now do not automatically rewrap to fit the screen when u zoom in?

found out this is an issue with android 4.4 (not sony's fault but google). text reflow function in most browser will not work in kitkat anymore. apparently google removed this support from kitkat onwards

so far 2 "issues" with kitkat 4.4 (google's fault). why la google remove all these neat features???

2. write to SDcard using 3rd party file manager apps

can you advise me which Sony Service/Repair center is reliable?
Can they loan me a spare Z1 while mine under repair?

not only file manager apps, all 3rd party apps will fail to write on SDcard. even sony's privilege movie can no longer save to SD card. U can only write SD card with file commander

there is a new update again. am installing it at the moment. not sure what update this is after going into kit kat ?

Any1 have the resolution for the slow camera startup?

what fw number? via pc companion? mine showing nothing

I am downloading the update right now, through PC Companion software.

Edit: Apparently, the update is actually for the PC Companion software itself, not the phone. LOL!

hi guyz, i've upgrade my Z1 firmware to 14.3.a.0.681 and found i cannot do tethering. an error appear. Any u guyz having the same problem??

same problem over here...must be a new bug in kitkat... notification sound is buggy.. seinz!!!

guys, in the quick settings, try press and hold some of the toggles (like bluetooth, wifi,...), it will pop up the setting for that particular function.

Hi guys, have u guys facing this problem after update to kitkat 4.4.2

1. I could not send or recieve sms on certain contact as it not show up in my sms app

2. Certain contact doesnt show on the phone log after make or recieve a call

3. Could not download pdf file. It stated an error downloading

Can you change ringtone and report back on the progress? I changed my ringtong, restart and apparently everything works fine with the sound issue (not too sure - too many variables involved).
