is it me or the battery really drain very fast on the new update?

What other methods can I try? I'm not well today so I'm feeling less energetic to research but I'm willing to try your suggestions. One waytthink it can work is if I use Titanium Backup to backup the app, then you restore my backup copy. Your phone *might have to be rooted though.

I don't know how to do rooting, plus it is too complicated for me. I don't want to risk my phone just yet.

So I guess the only other way to get your AR-Effects back is to do a firmware restore.

Any guide on that? And what will happen? Will I lose my personal data and all?

I think you'll need to search online for the method. I can't remember because I've only been restoring from my nandroid backup when I get problems.

You can use the backup and restore app to backup all your apps and data.
Have you tried factory reset? If not do this first.

If cannot. Then try to repair your phone using the repair function in pc companion.

If still cannot then use the flashtool to reflash your rom.
