wat is the millage of the bike whn u brought it ? 2nd hand ? did thy open the engine service ? for a normal LC who ride till 9999999 >> pusing 1 round 00000000 .... i believe the owner should invest money on fully service the engine .... try open top service to determine whether need to proceed bottom part ....... 4T engine is soak with engine oil ... so the life spend of every part inside the engine which is moving are longer than 2t engine .... ofcoz the cara rider ride also la .....


if the bike is no problem or pelik pelik suara ... u can start kumpul budget to for you fz blok .... dalam rm500 can settle ........
or u hati tarak sedap ... do a top service .... check rod condition , valve , valve seat , valve seal , etc ... tangan gatal sikit ..one shot plug in the fz blok jer ...

1 . kalau buat top service upah around rm50 , gasket , coolant , 4T minyak . if rod ok thn let it be , if not ok thn need to down whole engine . valve no leaking thn can continue use back without grind valve , change new valve seal ( valve seal rm2.50 sebiji x 4 but kedai charge u upah grind valve i think dalam 40-50 haven included valve seal price)

2. clutch plate sudah start haus dah kut , if u using autoclutch ... thn mayb autoclutch set dah start haus ....... sproket rantai ada longgar ?

3. pakai fz blok , plug and play jer .... set balik carb angin dah sedap dibawa .

std tuned rr ........ 62mm jack 4mm , gb , sprocket , big valve head port and polish according spec , cdi , carb , ekzos ..... can sebelah sebelah with rr .... u bore so big ..... radiator still std ???

i trying to said is 54mm generated heat ... u still using such size of radiator ..... 7xmm u still using same size .... just worry the temperature kenot cool down fast enough .....

and thermostat remove it .. let the coolant jalan jer .... turn on the fan when u stop at traffic light or not moving .... dint help much when u running while turn on the fan .. it will condamn ur battery more fast

if u kaya .. every month also can change ... if no slip clutch . pakai jer sampai slip

just warm up ur bike every morning.. be4 start ur journey ....... ride like normal ppl , pickup macam biasa , dun macam those samseng jalanan pecut cam setan ..... u can ride fast just dun over 100km/h for 1000km / 1st service .... let the piston ring and cylinder wall syok dulu ......
