1. Office has no proper microsoft outlook, words and excel. All use open office
2. Office has no graphic designer although this industry requires graphic heavily. Will ask staff to do at home with own pc that is installed with photoshop (very cheapskate)

2. Need to wash toilet, sweep and mop office floor weekly. No cleaners. There was once staff were forced to do a big office cleaning on CNY eve

5. Need to check company phone constantly until night. Late 2 mins will text/call your personal phone to ask reason for late
6. Starting salary as low as RM1000-RM1200 with low to no increment for dip/deg holders

8. Sometimes will ask staff to drive the boss/boss kids if the boss is not free or babysit the boss kids
9. Boss bring kids to office. Kids treat the office like a playground
10. Boss has no directions. Company has limited direction Staff has no directions. Turnover rate for the same position is 1 year
