Because Citibank put His Mobile No. Wrong.... Pls Refer to Post #514
That why He Not received any sms from Citibank when the card has been approved.

FYI, Starting from July 2013 BNM have Forbidden the Bank to give Any Pre-approved Credit Card to Customer (without their Concern or applied), already... sweat.gif

At 1st They Call U when U got Nothing... NO $$$, NO Credit Card, No Credit History at All
After U have 3-4 Cards, They don't Bother to call U & Just Shoot Out their CC to You .. laugh.gif

first, they will call you for verify if you have applied the card or not. I think it take around 1 or 2 days.
Second, they will sms you that your card has been approved. It may take around one week.
Third, you may receive call from citibank whether the card will send to your home address or you go nearest bank to collect.
If you select to go nearest bank, it will be faster. Otherwise, it take around one week to receive the card.

The above step is what I remember. However, last time is the best which just need one hour max to get the card, just like the process of maybank 2 card.

i would like to set SMS Transaction Alert, but the min able to set is RM201, possible to set lower than this?

after send first day..on d spot day..they call say received application sudah...
