Citibank got 2 types of credit limit, the citibank call it X & Y credit limit. We can spend X credit by swiping our card which they offer to me around 3 times of my salary. Y credit limit is around my 4 times of my salary which we can use it by dial for cash.

first, they will call you for verify if you have applied the card or not. I think it take around 1 or 2 days.
Second, they will sms you that your card has been approved. It may take around one week.
Third, you may receive call from citibank whether the card will send to your home address or you go nearest bank to collect.
If you select to go nearest bank, it will be faster. Otherwise, it take around one week to receive the card.

The above step is what I remember. However, last time is the best which just need one hour max to get the card, just like the process of maybank 2 card.
