mine says region doesn't allow cortana. and I've already set US and all that..

You need to set everything to US, language, region, country, keyboard, etc etc

Try move English (US) under language setting to the highest and reboot your phone

Lets pray that it wont be months now...

OneDrive can ..but dropbox dunno

setting > photo+camera > auto upload

no idea but the app is really basic... still it looks great and the animation when unlocking is nice...

Well, my pc/pc's still wont detect my phone. Wonder if send to care centre they can resolve. But im currently on developer preview. Will it cost a lot? Amyne know where i can find kit to open my phone?

My Red 920 i suspect kaput oredi. Reason being that i noticed that:

1. I dont have glance screen anymore. Just black.
2. the phone dont have auto dim feature when im in dark room. the screen stays bright like ...
3. compass apps says that i dont have compass.
4. another apps says i dont have accelerometer
5.auto rotate feature is not functioning.


FYI, i have soft reset my phone a couple of times. Same issue persists. However, other feature such basic receive make calls, wassaping, facebooking, signal ok, (LTE, H+, 3G ok),

Any ideas

well since soft reset aint solving ur problems, the only option is hard reset to see if its components still work after a clean flash..

so try to backup or copy out ur important info b4 performing hard reset, if there are things that cant backup, the last thing u want is to get a new Lumia device, L930 seems great
