Go to settings, check about windows phone

at there you should see your firmware revision number.

Latest firmware, Lumia Black is 3051.40000.1349.0011, if it match, then you had the latest version of firmware.

If you check extras + info in settings, it didn't say your phone in Lumia Black, that because some settings inside your new phone didn't get updated.

Download Sysapp Pusher or Lumia System Updater from App store, the app will provide you shortcut link to the apps store on various settings to download and update it on your phone.

Just checked the update again. 920 don't had official update for non-developer preview. But Microsoft had release a small OS update for 920, claiming is a patch for preparation to update to WP 8.1

That weird after finishing update, my extras+info show is Lumia Cyan.

Stock 8.0 (ala Lumia Black).

Microsoft last month already mentioned those that using DP 8.1 need to downgrade back to stock 8.0 first before upgrade to Lumia Cyan

4k recording only available for phone with newer SOC (Lumia 930, 1520 and etc.) Old dual core SOC like 920 don't had.

ALso newer SOC support waking up cortana by telling the phone "Hey Cortana"

NOt so sure about the file size,

but data sense record phone update downloaded data size is 440MB
