Does this means that investing RM1,000 or RM2,000 also service charge only 2.5%?
*
Yes, pls double check by calling Rhb to verify.
To me, 2.5% service charge not that competitive, cimb offer 2.5% for all equity funds to cimb clicks customers, FSM offer 1-2% service charge only.

double confirmed with RHB bank, any investment amount below RM500K, service charge 2.5%, any amount above 500K, service charge reduced to 2%.

Only applicable to ASN2/ ASN3. the 2.5%-3% rebates will be bank in to the account within 21 days.

thanks for the information..

yape i agreed that 2.5% is not competitive enough as FASM only charges 1 to 2% service charge..

just that too bad, FSM does not offer ASG for the sale..

anyway, this is precious information from you..

thank you. nod.gif

No, I prefer their fixed price fund.
For The variable price funds, many other fund houses outperformed asnb's variable price funds.
Can check the overall fund performance at the following independent website:-

Don't AS funds get financial advantage over other non-government funds ? e.g. get allocation in IPOs.
In that case, they should be able to generate higher yields vs other funds, right ?

not only this advantage, the income distribution from ASNB are tax exempted, so the investor can save the 26% corporate tax. But whether these advantages translate into fund performance is another story. I have provided the independent morningstar website to trace the past performance. Numbers never lie.

hi,

I have a Malay fren,he inherited rm1miilon cash, and now he want to put in all in ASB under his name, wife and relatives name and keep there for 10 years without taking out a single cent, how much will he get total after 10 years?
*
bad choice

u will end up with just the 400k u have with your wife

the rest will either squander the money or their sons and daughters will claim the money as their own

u would better put ALL under your own name and your wife (if u trust her)

1. 400k in ASB
2. the rest in AS1M

that is the safest choice if you are very lazy to take the risk of real estates

Something not right somewhere. Normally ASNB would offer SC discount & the ASNB agents just follow it just like the previous ASG offer. Agents just cannot give any SC discount by just bypassing ASNB, unless RHB use own money to "subsidize" the new/current unitholders  hmm.gif  rclxub.gif

lucifah can help give some answer on tis RHB discount on ASN3 SC icon_question.gif  notworthy.gif
