Hi guys, not sure if this has been asked before, sorry if it did.

The cycle of calculate amex weekend rebate is by my bill cycle or month cycle? Let's say my bill cycle is every 26th, so it is

A. 27th march to 26th april
B. 1st april to 30th april?

Thanks in advance
*
it based on monthly basis( in your case 1-30 april), not follow your bill cycle. Mostly the cash rebate will be credit into your account on 1st of each month or 31/30 at the end of the month. smile.gif

if you use your mbb2amex in the weekends on monthly basis, you will still receive your cash rebate later on, just that it delayed to the 1st of next month. you won't lose rm50 la...

if u selected Fav Payees follow by AMEX, it means none of your fav payees accept AMEX
try to select one-off payment

For one off payment, it directly use my saving a/c and didn't show AMEX... Just curious why become like that for this month, and previous month I just used it to make bill payment.

not all payees accept amex. which bill do you want to pay this time? is it the same type of bill with what you have successfully paid in previous month?

no idea at all sweat.gif mbb doesnt seem to verify what type of transaction goes thru amex when calculating cashback. it's more to day/date-specific (i.e. weekends)

if the amount is small, can you try it out? biggrin.gif

so far, my purchase via paypal did on Sunday morning (local), and charged on the same day Sunday (local). havent really tried on Saturday, but if it's same-day-charge, then probably safe.
