Hi,
I am facing difficulty verifying the amex card to my paypal account. I am not sure what is wrong with it but when i try to verify, it says it is invalid card. Anyone having this problem before? Thanks

Nope, you need to call MBB card center to "release" your card in order for Paypal's payment/verification process to go thru.
Now to keep my card secure(AMEX are popular of fraud case), I will remove the card from Paypal once I done with online purchase.

Would like to check with you guys, do you all know when is the CC statement will be release if the statement date is in 3rd of every month?

U would also need to confirm your amex card with paypal, rm10 will be charged which will be reimburse later to paypal account

Yes, but for my case, even the first step(charge rm10) also get blocked. Now MBB are quite strict on this. So, give MBB a call before you want to do anything with Paypal.
BTW, using treatpoints to waive GST is how much? I see their website are slightly different.

The card level doesn't matter.

What matters is either Principal or Supplementary.
