Hi All,
Question For New MBB Cardholder here.
If I swipe My AMEX Rm100 on weekend, and entitled RM5 Rebate (5%),

The Rm100 is included in the statement on 28th, statement due on 18th of following months,
and the rebate should credit into account on 1th or 2th of following months.

So my question is,
Should I pay the Full payment of RM100 before 18th,
OR
Pay After 2th (Cash back credited into account), and pay the remainding Rm95?

Jz doubt ..

if the rm100 is included in your 28th statement, which means you will receive your rebate on the coming 1st. so by 18th, you just need to pay rm95.

Any changes made to payment option in Maybank2u? I can no longer made any payment to TNB or other providers by using our credit cards! Payment is only possible by using savings or current account. Is this permanent?

Try again later, probably after noon. Just temporary issue. Furthermore we've just crossed into March, maybe system refresh/restart. wink.gif

So far Amex only can pay for Telekom (this include homeline phone charges), TNB and Maxis, right?

How about other telcos/utility or astro, possible?

FYI...  this is not from me btw, I only cut and paste for your convenience. tongue.gif

You successfully registered? To check, you don't have to call in weekend, call during working hours on weekdays.
Once your CC registered in their phone payment, then on weekend, you can make the payment without involving the AMEX team.

i paid my maxis bill on last weekend, saturday.. the agent said need to arrange call back from AMEX team.. good thing is they call on same day, so i entitle for 5% cash back.. rclxm9.gif

Just got this message "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."

Ok just found out from CS I need to confirm the amex card with Paypal first then call maybank to allow paypal transaction, arrgh so much trouble doh.gif
