Read the article lah.. 2000 acre carey island land bought for RM 1psf never revalue now worth RM 50 psf apparently and the company sitting on undervalue land worth RM 4.2 billion...which is RM 11 per share.

The otther land they have 20 acres kota kemuning, 180 acres morib and 3 acres in month kiara.

Then again this is a value play.. can the asset reach full potential, or is th company capable of developing the RM 10 bil resort? looking at the books, the company dont have the financial strength to do so.

But can carey island land worth RM 50 psf? Thats is almost KL rate jor...

If YOU think there is hidden value in the lands, that is THE ONLY catalyst for the stock, nothing else.
