Unfortunately, Channel 321 is also an prepaid Channel but not an free one.

yes CCM channel 321 is prepaid channel include in HD pack even this channel is not a HD channel but free for exsisting NJOI customer

You read the news. Astro offers VSS to its employees, and then Astro applied loan of RM300mil from bank. What's next?
Well, since they gonna lose a lot of their staffs, so who's gonna do the job?
Therefore, you will lose some of its in-house channels very soon.
I got a pretty detailed information from a "trusted source" so allow me to share this early news to you guys:

Channel Cessation and Consolidation Exercise

Astro Shuang Xing (CH307)
- This channel will cease on 27 August 2023 @ 11:59pm
- If you bought a-la-carte Astro Shuang Xing channel (e.g. 3 days/7 days/30 days), you will receive prorated refund that will be credited to your NJOI prepaid balance within 7 working days, based on the remaining duration of your entitlement.

Astro Quan Jia HD (CH308)
- This channel will rename to Astro QJ from 28 August 2023 @ 12:01am.
- Channel number remain unchanged at CH308
- Astro QJ channel will become part of 'Variety Pack' from 28 Aug, as a replacement for Astro Shuang Xing.

Astro Xiao Tai Yang (CH304)
- This channel will cease on 3 September 2023 @ 11:59pm
- Astro AEC (CH306 HD /346 SD) will have dedicated Astro Xiao Tai Yang timeslot from 21 August 2023 (i) Weekdays: 10am to 11am; (ii) Saturday: 10am to 10:30am
- The SD version of the channel (CH344) will be ceased for old NJOI customers as well.

PRIMEtime (CH704)
- This channel will cease on 4 September 2023 @ 12.01am

Showcase Movies (CH413)
- This channel will rename to SHOWCASE from 28 August 2023 @ 12:01am.
- This channel will no longer a 24/7 movie channel. Selected locally-produced and international TV shows will be shown on the channel as well.

Astro Tutor TV (CH601)
- Astro Tutor TV SK (CH601) will cease on 4 September 2023 @ 12.01am, while Astro Tutor TV SPM (CH603) will rename as 'Astro Tutor TV' at the same time.
- After the cessation, both primary and secondary school syllabus subjects, plus some other educational programmes, will be shown only on that one remaining Astro Tutor TV channel, CH603.
- There will be dedicated timeslots for pre-school, primary school and secondary school related programmes.

Astro Best
- Astro will migrate/merge/consolidate Astro Best movie rental platform to become only Astro First. Which means, all the latest English, Hollywood movies, that were supposed to be on Astro Best, will be on Astro First for good, starting 23 August 2023.
- Say goodbye to Astro Best's price of RM12.72 per movie. Since it is now on Astro First, so the English movies will be RM15.90 as well, same as any other Astro First movies. Price may differ if there is some promo or bundles or something.
- That also means, Astro Best portal (CH 481) will be ceased as well. There will only be Astro First portal (CH 480) moving forward.

It's been a prepaid channel since ever.

Astro Ria is a basic channel on Astro platform, but it was never a free channel on NJOI.
You need to subscribe to watch it on NJOI.
