Agree on that. The number of complaints on FB still raising. Astro really need to do something on this matter. Maybe there are no other competitor that's why they feel like they are king and the customer are slave.

Well one reason why people installed Njoi previously because the FTA analog signal is weak.. Cannot get all the channels..

But u know astro like any others companies.. Needs some profits.. So they gave this so called extra offering of prepaid channels...

My Njoi smart card is a gold colour smart card converted from my inactive Astro card and old black decoder 4 years ago. Will it work if I insert my Njoi card into the latest Njoi decoder ?

nowadays the astro decoders are link to the smartcard..

Today i want to register Njoi thru online but when i click register it direct me to Astro web and auto selected 'Family Pack' with amount Rm 42.++. I was confused and didn't continue to register. Is this correct coz i dont want accidentally tie contract with Astro.

Anyone heard if Winter Olympics can be watched on Njoi? Usually they have a package like Rio 2016 but so far nothing.

hi guys, recently i experienced a problem when watching via NJOI, it is not completely no sound or no display.. there is a complete display, but with intermittent sound, like one second sound,one second mute,one second sound ,then mute again, this problem keep repeating for the rest of the time when astro movie is on. when i called technician, they said that is not the TV problem, but the decoder problem..and astro people said this can never be fixed and need to change entire new set worth RM390.. i wonder whether it is the setting problem that caused the tempo mute problem? cuz i feel skeptical when the astro staff cant be repaired.. the decoder need to be changed new one

It might be less people taking up offers also since nowadays lot of people have njoi/astro.

If can upgrade to this package offer from existing customers, sure I guess lot of people tend to change this package offer.

If you upgrade to postpaid astro plan (Not Njoi plan), then able to do FOC replacement decoder set (but with chargeable technical fees).
Else if you stick on Njoi plan, sorry need to purchase the new full set with outdoor dish.
