I know it's above the "official" limit..
http://my.news.yahoo.com/highlight-starhil...-061749299.html

but I think the management have some plan that we "ordinary" investors don't know about. they're very2 secretive u know sad.gif

Well depends if you got confidence on the management...

That is why I prefer management who is not the tenant itself, too much conflict of interest. wink.gif

Its all about yields... no one see the tenant one.. unless the tenant dont want to rent.

But then again, the management take up it's own rent.. how much rental increase it is going to give itself?  whistling.gif

Why give you minority shareholder to earn more?

Hence i prefer mall reits.. cause they rent to non related customers...

Based on Ytlreit circular, they need to raise RM800 mil via new 800 mil units which equal to RM1.00/unit
At current price of RM0.96, it's a bargain for retail investors

To work out the future income, we need to know what properties it is going to acquire with the money from private placement. So far there is no news yet, right?

But ideally, the management should buy properties with higher yield than what it has now...
