i think the pros' expectations are correct - no rate incr until 2h14, 25-50bps everything else constant.

the trouble is this weakens the rm like hell, today usd at 3.34, sgd at 2.635.

at this rate, 3.50 and 2.80 can be expected b4 yr end.

if u look at YTL, they are now focusing in UK. recently they took over one Hotels in London via their subsidiary YTL Hotels . I suspect they might inject the assets into YTL Reits latter

Anyone attanded the YTL Reits EGM. Any interesting news / information / incident happen there
