Why would bandai stop production? since OVA EP 7 is launching, shouldnt that drive sales of the Phenex even more?

I guess production cost issue, they would want to see how market reacts to it before reissuing it, probably

phenex is from a short ova based on a side story played in DOME G. It has no bearings on unicorn ova story, character, plot, etc, nor will it even appear in epi7. Using the ova to promote phenex is like using 0079 to promote blue destiny.
