maybe that proxy didnt work anymore... my speed gone... back to 1 decimal place transfer speed...  when open the BitComet, suddenly the NIS say got virus trying to invade i hv check the invader ip, it is the proxy ip (the port also same in the proxy settings in my BitComet)... so, i hv dump that proxy, and try other but the other are really... now i got another question want to ask...
why i can connect to the same ip twice in the peers list?? got screenshot here... PS: look at the speed there, DON'T say i hv got back my speed!!! if you look at the people who contribute most, he is in TMNet ip... please also note that, the initiation for the 2 same ip is different!!! what happening?? i got the file from super macgyver via msn
he tell me open it with IE, and encode to Chinese Simplified and then, i hv no problem to read the file... after open the file it surprise me...coz i read this article before!! before i use bt... therefore, i know this settings maybe didnt help alot but anyway, thx to super macgyver...
