there also another way to make your BitComet show up-and-down download speed
maybe you running other downloading task

or maybe your router block your bt connection...
for example:
you limit your download speed to 30kbps. but in fact, you can go to 100kbps
then after a couple of minute or a few of hours
when you set your download limit to 'No Limit'
you will see your download speed go beyond 100kbps
sometimes can even see the no. to 300kbps!!!
then it go back to 100kbps...

PS: next time if write ip address, please write the first 2 or 3 no.
like 60.48.x.x or 218.111.208.x
if juz write down the first no.
we will not know which country connect using that ip

althought many people say that 218.111 ip is the best
but for me, in torrent...
all of them got no problem

you still can download with full speed if your settings got no problem in watever ip

haha, i dunno that xx.xx.2xx.xx is best to commercial use
but anyway, you remind me that "1 time 1 task"
this is very important when download a file
if you using 512k, you must set the upload limit less than 20kBps
1M user set it less than 35kBps

the max half-open TCP connection can put 8
then it should be no problem

we should put the listening port between 49152 to 65534

but not 1-5000, 6881-6999 or any port that list in this page

when use v0.75, at the peer list > client type
it will show the p2p software that the ip used
but some got *DHE at the back
and when look at the v0.75, there got *DHEv2
what those DHE mean??

look like tmnets will not remove their traffic shaping device

but if you want to upgrade, then straight away go to v0.75
all between 0.70 and 0.75 are suck

i say version between 0.70 and 0.75 is the version 0.71, 0.72, 0.73 and also 0.74

in 0.75 got http download

else, unstable...

http download didnt experience any bug yet...
therefore, i think it is safe to use

i didnt notice anything about task priority
but the stop button actually have the same effect as pause...
wonder why they dun juz put 'pause' but put 'stop' button at there...
